Your Monthly mental health check in: Self care and a mental health audit

Yikes! Things are slowly starting to resume, but how do you feel about that? What part of your ‘new normal’ reflects the old way of living? For many people there is a new anxiety creeping in, so let’s take time to take stock and address it.

In this interactive webinar, we will

  • Conduct a mental health audit, how are you feeling? Are you thriving, stressed, worried, sad or perhaps something more?

  • Explore how to manage anxiety and when it becomes too much.

  • How to quieten that inner critic and tackle any feelings of being unproductive, aimless or unmotivated as things start to resume to normal

This session is for anyone who wants to learn more about mental health, to understand the difference between feeling sluggish and really being down. It will help you spot the signs and symptoms of depression and help you to seek help whether it’s for yourself or something else.

Time : 12noon (Hong Kong), 2pm (Sydney)

Free Public Webinar: Making Mental Health a Priority

I'm not sure about you, but I did not imagine a pandemic in my life time. It has certainly resulted in a surge of increased anxiety, fear and isolation. While we have seen some magical moments of solidarity there has also been sad stories and severe panic buying which only spikes negative emotions.

In times of crisis it's normal to worry and focus on the things we cannot control. But now, more than ever, we have a choice. Despite our circumstances, we can either flourish or flounder. When we make our mental health a priority we can survive anything and this matters not just for us, but for our children. In this webinar, you will discover that you are not alone and that despite the situation there is plenty we can do to look after ourselves, our loved ones and each other without leaving our home. It's free too, so spread the love, pour a drink and log on.
