Workplace Onsite Psychologist - Coaching and Counselling

If you are interested in sustained behaviour change or having mentally healthy and resilient employees, providing a confidential onsite service is for you. While most workplaces have EAP services, the utilisation of said services can often low. However, providing an onsite psychologist who knows the business, is a visible face and easily accessible allows employees to confidentially and efficiently seek help.

Whether that help be to manage their mental health, deal with workplace relationships or develop goals to enhance their performance. An onsite psychologist provides a bespoke service that breaks down the mental health stigma, normalises help seeking behaviour and demonstrates the benefits of investing in mental health. An onsite psychologist is like providing a gym membership to your employees, just like they need to train their body they also need to workout their mind.

With this confidential service, all bookings and appointments are handled by Danielle, only usability is reported to the business. Get in touch to learn more about onsite services.
