Using psychology principles in our own lives and in the workplace isn’t just a nice thing to do, it’s necessary. It is what makes the difference between somebody that may flounder or flourish.

It is no secret there has been a shift towards recognising the importance of our mental health and wellbeing but this needs to extend beyond our personal lives and into our working lives. We spend so much time at work and how we show up and interact with other can make the difference between a life of thriving, motivation and meaning or dsyfunction and depression.
