Thank you for signing up to the be your best self-coaching program.
By completing this program you will be start to reflect on your life and discover ways to make tiny tweaks and big changes making you feel happier and more satisfied with your life.
The sessions go for about 30 minutes, before you start each session make sure you have a pen, a diary and space to think, reflect and be honest.
The modules are broken down into the sections below. This is because research tells us these five areas are the key to mastering high levels of wellbeing.
1. Feel more positive emotions
2. Create more positive and meaningful relationships
3. Discover your strengths and find ways to make the most out of everyday
4. Find meaning and purpose in your life
5. Set goals that you will achieve
Take your time with the course. I would recommend one module every few days or even once a week. Each module has some homework and it’s important you take time to do that to help embed your learning.

Module 1: Living Your Best Life
Welcome to the first session! Here we will set the scene, reflect on what you want to get out of the program and then dive into helping you experience more positivity! You will complete a life audit, learn some fun facts about the brain and discover how to boost your mood.
Module 2: Connectiveness and Positive Relationships
In this session we will explore positive relationships, what they are and how you can have more of them. You will reflect on which relationships you want to improve and how you can make them even better. You get a very special piece of homework in this session which is sure to rock your world...
Module 3: Strengths and Mindset
In this session you get discover your strengths and all the things that make you the best version of yourself. You will explore why your mindset matters and how to adapt a mindset that is guaranteed to make your grow and feel happier.
Module 4: Meaning and Knowing Your Why
This session is all about mindfulness and meaning. By the end of this session you will know what gives you meaning and why your life is meaningful. You will discover the art and science of mindfulness and enjoy some mindful moments... and all the benefits that come with them.
Module 5: Living Your Best Life
You are on your way to having the complete tool kit to be your best self. In this session you will start setting some goals and making plans for how you will live your best life moving forward. By the end of this session you will feel happier, healthier and more positive.
