Why Danielle Buckley
Danielle is an Australian Registered and Coaching Psychologist, she brings over 25 years of global experience using evidenced based psychology to improve the way people experience work and live.
Danielle partners with individuals and organisation’s to share the latest psychological research and practical skills to improve workplace wellbeing. Having worked closely with law firms, including Australian Government Solicitor, Linklaters and Ashurst. Danielle understands the unique challenges that individuals in the legal profession face, being married to a lawyer for the last 17 years also provides a deeply personal experience of the real pressure lawyers and those in the legal profession face across the lifespan of their work.
Danielle knows that learning skills to improve mental health and wellbeing are critical determinants of success in legal settings. The work can already be stressful, complex, cognitively demanding and exist in a high stakes environments. Developing a toolbox of evidence based skills to improve how you work with yourself and with others is necessary to sustain peak performance and proactively invest in managing your mental health. Too often, organisations invest money in Wellbeing initiatives that don’t work. Danielle has worked with closely with Government and Private Practice firms to develop strategic Wellbeing polices and practices that promote mental health, plan proactive early intervention and develop skills and resources for appropriate support. Mental Health and Wellbeing has evolved from clinical models and lengthy training sessions, today it’s about challenging organisations to think about about how they work, how they promote mental health, build psychological safety and intervene early with evidence-based solutions that are easy, accessible and fit for purpose.
Danielle partners with organisations to deliver exceptional corporate speaking and bite sized training programs in the areas of mental health, wellbeing and working in the legal profession.
