Session 1
Sometimes we know things aren't quite right, but we haven't thought about the direction we want to be heading. In this session, you take balcony view and start to consider what you want to change.
Session 2
Other people matter, our relationships matter. In this session we explore the concept of positive relationships and how you can have more of them.
Session 3
I bet you can tell me what you aren't good at, but what are your strengths? Here we begin to discover your strengths and all the things that make you the best version of yourself. We explore why your mindset matter and how to adapt it, so you can grow and feel happier
Session 4
What is your why? In this session we deep dive into what gives you meaning. You will discover the art and science of mindfulness and enjoy some mindful moments.
Session 5
We will start setting some goals and making plans for how you will live your best life moving forward. By the end of this session you will feel happier, healthier and more positive.
